This past March I lived out a bucket list dream and was able to get photos of the fireworks over Cinderella castle. I grew up in a Disney family and Cinderella has always been my favorite, so I love that castle a little extra.
Night one I was able to get photos from the top of the Contemporary. Our awesome WDTR agent Christy, with We Do Travel Right got us a coveted reservation at California Grill, which is easily the best meal in Disney, in my opinion. After our dinner we were able to go out to the catwalk and watch the firework shot over Magic Kingdom, they also have speakers up there so you can hear the whole show too. It is an amazing view of the park, and the fireworks were incredible. This is definitely a must do. I think this would be a great spot to watch with kids, you don't need to deal with the crowds on Main Street and its not as loud for kids who may not like the loud boom of the fireworks.
I wasn't as happy with how these photos came out, just not as many as I would have liked compared to the ones over the castle. I loved the photos from inside the park so I posted those first.
Night two we watched the fireworks from Main Street and it was even more incredible to watch them burst directly over the castle. I am so happy with how these photos came out, it was hard to pick my favorites.
