I loved being a part of this wedding! This couple had a two-part wedding, the ceremony on Friday and the reception on Saturday. It was a small intimate wedding in the wine cellar at Lucca in the North End with the reception in Charlestown.
Everything was so beautiful. I met the bride and groom at the Bunker Hill Monument for their first look, portraits and family photos. It was a beautiful fall evening, warmer than usual for November which was perfect for photos.
The ceremony started with the bride and groom having a drink at the bar with their matron of honor and best man. They exchanged their vows with just their family and closest friends watching. Their friend officiated and did the most incredible job. I found myself at one point just listening to him with tears in my eyes, his words were so moving.
This couple was so laid back, and just so h the Bunker Hill monument made for a great spot for their photos. Their wedding planner stayed back with us and was their personal cheerleader, telling them how great they looked then how great the photos were coming out when she got a peek. Taylor from Taylored Events is the best, she made the whole thing run so smoothly, especially with the coordinating of a two-day wedding.
